  • Customized, discounted, or sale items are also strictly non-returnable.

  • In the rare event that you receive a genuinely damaged or wrong product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unedited photos and unboxing video proof.

    • Only after verification, the case may be reviewed for a replacement (not refund).

    • Claims made after 24 hours will not be considered.
